Billing Specialist is responsible for the billing of office services and procuring payments owed by insurance companies and patients. The billing department is available for any questions regarding billing statements and explanations of benefits.

Fertility Wellness Institute Coordinator coordinates and directs programs and alternative therapies which compliment the medical treatment of those experiencing infertility.

Insurance Coordinator is available for questions regarding insurance benefits and appropriate payments to our office. Many patients find it beneficial to meet with the Insurance Coordinator after the new patient visit to confirm benefits and corresponding patient responsibilities.

Laboratory Supervisor oversees the operations of the andrology lab in our office and schedules specific procedures such as semen analysis and sperm washes.

Medical Assistant/Nurse triages calls and facilitates patient flow through the office. Dr. Chin reviews labs, calls, and questions to be returned to the patient.

Patient Chaperone assists the physician with any needs that may arise during patient exams and procedures.

Practice Manager supervises all office operations and is available for any questions or concerns that arise from your office experience.

Receptionist/New Patient Scheduler/Medical Records The receptionist answers and routes incoming calls, as well as schedules new patient appointments where office processes and initial insurance information is discussed. Medical record requests are also facilitated through this position.
